Well, I did exceptionally well on Dec 23rd and pretty good on Christmas Eve with my nutrition, and then came Christmas Eve night and cookies and drinks and... oh well. I decided to start this journal after lunch today, because that was pretty bad as well (leftovers :)).
Here goes:
Workout - legs half hour, elliptical 250 calories
Snack - small piece kringle
Dinner - 2 pieces pizza with sausage, large salad with spinach, lettuce, carrots, walnuts, lowfat dressing, another small piece kringle
Water - about 24 ounces so far out of 80 recommended.
Negatives - today was not a good food day. There are too many good things to eat in my house that remain from the holiday. I have been throwing stuff out but there are still some sweets. Maybe after tomorrow since I am making dinner for several people and I can give away most of the rest. I need to drink more water. I had a high level of stress today because my son is extra needy and I ate when I was stressed!
Positives - I had a good workout. I stopped eating at around 7:00 for the night (major weakness). I could have had MANY more sweets but knew I would have to admit it here!! I also wanted more pizza but controlled my portions.
Wish me luck - I step on the new scale in morning!!
