Today I will start publishing my food journal online. Hopefully this will be a way for me to be more responsible about what I eat. I have about 5 or 10 pounds to lose, and it's all about diet for me since I workout a lot and enjoy that aspect of being healthy. Too many darn Christmas cookies has forced me to take more drastic measures! Any positive comments will help me on my journey. Thanks!
