Dec 28 Journal

Hi there. Here is my journal for today - unfortunately it's from memory, so hopefully I don't forget anything.

Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - fibershake with milk
Lunch - two pieces cold stromboli, salad, half of seven layer bar, diet mountain dew
Snack - lots of pretzels (like 15 - 20)
Dinner - 2/3 hamburger on bun with ketchup and lettuce, broccoli, 1/2 twice baked potato, raspberry chocolate cookie bar (large)

Workout - 25 minutes bicep/tricep + 400 calories elliptical

Water - 5 out of 10 eight ounce servings

Negatives - I drank almost all of my water before 11:00 am! I didn't even have anything to drink with dinner. The raspberry bar thing was really bad, but really good. That was probably the worst part of my diet today. Oh, and I couldn't resist buying the 1/2 price peanut M&Ms in holiday colors at Target. Hopefully they will be just for the kids!!

Positives - I had a really rough day and thought about giving in and just starting over tomorrow but knew I wanted to post this today! I didn't even have Starbucks during my bad mood! I had a good workout even thought I didn't feel like going (my triceps are already sore as I upped my weight on the skullcrushers). I also stopped eating early in the evening, which is huge for me. It's almost 10:00 and I am not even hungry, and the kids are already in bed!
