I didn't feel well most of the day today. Unfortunately at the end of the day I really ate ridiculously bad.
Breakfast - Small serving Honey Nut Cheerios with 1% milk
Snack - about 15 choc covered pretzels throughout day, couple slices of orange, half apple
Dinner - 6 inch chicken breast sandwich from Subway, handful fries
After dinner disaster - 20 peanut M&Ms, 5 bites candied pecans, ice cream, 2 squares chocolate, and I think there's more but I've blocked it out.
Workout - 40 minutes arms + 300 calories elliptical
Water - 6 out of 10
Negatives - I should have eaten something much more healthy when I started to regain my appetite. I took it as a time to binge since I hadn't eaten much all day, like it didn't matter.
Positives - I guess not very many calories for most of the day. I did okay on water considering. And I still worked out even though I was having stomach cramps. New day tomorrow! And I'm going to Vegas in a week so I need to lose a couple of pounds because I will be at the pool! Motivation!
