Jan 9 Journal

I’m back on the blog-agon after three days of guilt-ridden overindulgence. I go on my mini-vacation in three days and would love to lose just two more pounds (probably so I can gain them back while I’m there!)

Breakfast – Oatmeal
Snack – fibershake, 1 handful fruit loops
Lunch – 3 rectangles Donatos pizza (I wanted more), yogurt
Snack – pretzels, hummus, 5 peanut M&Ms, handful choc popcorn
Dinner – 2 small sandwiches with chicken, pita, cheese, pizza sauce, small salad, small pasta salad, dessert was ½ oreo and 1 bite brownie
Snack – 2 bowls cereal, 12 M&Ms


Workout – 30 min torturous legs + 300 calories on elliptical

Water – 9 out of 10 servings

Negatives – Late night snacking was really bad. Not enough fruits/veggies.

Positives – Water! Fibershake! Getting back on the blog!
